Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. Announces Appointment of New Members to Company’s Board of Directors
Minneapolis, Minnesota – May 24, 2006 – Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc today announced that Gregory T. Barnum, Thomas J. Moudry, and Brett A. Shockley have joined its company’s Board of Directors. With the addition of these individuals Wireless Ronin’s Board now consists of six members.
Gregory T. Barnum is Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Datalink Corporation. Prior to joining Datalink, Mr. Barnum was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Computer Network Technology Corporation. He served in similar positions with Tricord Systems and Cray Computer Corporation. Mr. Barnum is a member of the Board of Directors of Electric City Corporation. He serves as a member Wireless Ronin’s Executive, Audit, Compensation and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.
Thomas J. Moudry is CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Martin Williams Advertising, Inc., a subsidiary of Omnicom Group, Inc., an advertising and marketing company. Mr. Moudry began his career with Hal Riney & Partners in Chicago. He worked with DDB in Dallas, came back to Minneapolis with Carmichael Lynch before moving to New York with Omnicom finally landing at Martin Williams. Along the way, his work has been featured in numerous award shows. Mr. Moudry serves as a member of Wireless Ronin’s Audit and Compensation Committees.
Brett A. Shockley is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Spanlink Communications. Before returning to Spanlink, Mr. Shockley was Vice President and General Manager for Cisco Systems, Inc.'s Customer Contact Business Unit, part of Cisco’s Voice Technologies Group (VTG), chartered with bringing to market a platform for multi-media customer contact. Mr. Shockley serves as a member of Wireless Ronin’s Executive, Audit, and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees.
