Minneapolis, Minn.—November 30, 2006 -- Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNIN) today announced the sale in an initial public offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $4.00 per share. The underwriter also exercised an option to purchase an additional 675,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. Feltl and Company, Inc. acted as underwriter of the offering. The common stock is now trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol "RNIN."
