Katherine Bolseth

Executive Vice President, Engineering & Product Development

Katherine Bolseth has served as Executive Vice President, Engineering and Product Development since mid-February 2008.  From December 1996 through mid-February 2008, Ms. Bolseth held several management positions for HighJump Software, a 3M company.  Most recently, Ms. Bolseth served as Vice President, Global Development, managing High Jump’s distributed development organization across six international offices.   During her tenure with HighJump, Ms. Bolseth served  in the company's product development, product strategy and marketing divisions. As Director of Product Strategy, Ms. Bolseth oversaw the expansion of the company's product offerings from automated data collection to a comprehensive suite of supply chain execution solutions. Ms. Bolseth also led the effort to internationalize the Advantage Platform during her tenure as Director of Platform Development. Prior to joining HighJump Software, Ms. Bolseth was an independent contractor focused on developing database applications to help small organizations run more efficiently.
