Stephen F. Birke

Mr. Birke joined our board of directors in July 2008. Mr. Birke currently serves as Chairman of the Wireless Ronin Compensation Committee. Mr. Birke retired in May 2008 after 38 years with Target Corporation most recently as Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. Mr. Birke played a key role in defining Target’s merchandising strategy as it has grown to over 1,700 stores in 49 states. Mr. Birke also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Bell Museum – University of Minnesota. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Wireless Ronin Technologies from September 2008 to January 2009. Mr. Birke is currently President and CEO of Lawrence Merchandising, a merchandising service organization (MSO).
