Wireless Ronin Technologies to Sponsor Digital Signage Expo 2007
MINNEAPOLIS – May 2, 2007 - Wireless Ronin Technologies (NASDAQ: RNIN), a Minneapolis-based digital signage provider, will be sponsoring the 2007 Digital Signage Expo (DSE), formerly Digital Retailing Expo, in Chicago May 16-17 at the Navy Pier Exhibition Center.
Along with sponsoring and exhibiting at the tradeshow in booth 700, Scott Koller, executive vice president for Wireless Ronin will be providing educational industry information during the show’s conferences on a panel titled “Designing for Interactivity” at Noon on Wednesday, May 16.
“The Digital Signage Expo is a great venue to learn about the industry at a show entirely dedicated to this technology,” said Mr. Koller. “We are very excited to not only exhibit, but to provide useful advice based off our experience working with clients in the marketplace.”
Mr. Koller is also holding a workshop at 4:30 p.m. on May 16 to provide insight into using digital signage and interactive technology as a training platform and sales tool. The 45 minute panel titled “The Flip Side of Digital Signage – Associate Training” is free for all conference attendees and will provide information about training as a non-traditional, valued added use for digital signage.
“Many people involved with a digital signage network overlook the possibility to not only fulfill their sales and marketing goals, but also use the technology as a corporate communications and training tool,” added Mr. Koller.
The Digital Signage Expo is the largest international tradeshow exclusively focused on the digital signage and interactive technologies industry. For more information about the expo and to register for the event visit its website at www.digitalsignageexpo.net.
Wireless Ronin will also be participating in tradeshows throughout the year including InfoComm June 19-21. Check the Wireless Ronin website for an updated list of upcoming events.
