Wireless Ronin Technologies Announces Departure of John Witham as Chief Financial Officer
Brian Anderson to Serve as Interim CFO
Minneapolis, MN – June 9, 2008 – Wireless Ronin Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: RNIN), a Minneapolis-based worldwide digital signage provider, today announced that John A. Witham has resigned from his positions as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective today.
Brian S. Anderson, currently the Company’s Vice President and Controller, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
“While I am sorry to see John go, I join the rest of the associates here at Wireless Ronin in wishing John happiness and success. John made many valuable contributions to Wireless Ronin since joining us in February 2006, including his assistance with two public offerings,” said Jeffrey C. Mack, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mack continued, “I have known Brian Anderson for many years. Brian has been at Wireless Ronin since shortly after the company first went public, was here through the second public offering, and was involved with the McGill transaction. I have no doubt that he will work both hard and effectively to ensure a smooth transition.”
