Job Description:
Title:  Full-Time Network/Systems Engineer
Reports to: Manager of Systems Engineering
Based at: Corporate Headquarters - Minneapolis, Minnesota

High growth Digital Media Company looking for Network/Systems Engineer: The candidate must be a forward thinker and a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multitask technical projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide superior customer service while developing and
  maintaining relationships.
• Ability to adapt to customer’s network environment and
  provide technical recommendations.
• Manage and support corporate LAN/WAN.
• Support and maintain external client installations and relationships.
• Maintain and support backup procedures.
• Ability to lead and train peers.
• Multitask in a highly competitive market.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
• Provide “24x7” support to the corporate LAN/WAN
  environment and external clients.
• 50%+ travel required at times.

• 4-6 years in Network/Systems Management.
• 4-year degree and/or CCNA, CNE, MCSE, or other related
  technical certifications.
• Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 Server with Active Directory
  and Exchange Server management.
• SQL, IIS, SharePoint, SMS, and ISA server technology.
• Microsoft Windows XP client build, support, and troubleshooting.
• Linux/Unix client build, support, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced networking skills to include: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP,
  Router and Firewall configuration.
• Shell, WSH, VBS, and Perl scripting.
• Desktop support for corporate LAN/WAN.
• Client software installation and troubleshooting.
• Technical Project Management and technical documentation skills.
• Support for internal and external clients.
• Implementation and support for large installations/rollouts.
