Job Description:
Title:  SQA Engineer
Reports to: Lead Software QA Engineer
Based at: Corporate Headquarters - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Seeking an SQA Engineer to support testing efforts of a complex enterprise software product suite.  The SQA Engineer will test, analyze and critique software components and interfaces in great technical depth to assure high product quality.   

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans and test cases
  
• Execute test cases, analyze and report test results to product teams
  
• Identify, report and manage defects
  
• Work with the development team to analyze, debug and resolve issues
• Create QA team documentation to support QA and other departments for understanding the technical aspects of the products
• Work interactively with all QA team members to support a balanced team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience
  
• Experience testing complex applications
  
• Experience testing Windows applications
  
• Experience with SQL and databases a plus
• Experience with Linux and Mac a plus
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
• Self motivated and dedicated to getting the job done
• Strong organization skills and multi-tasking
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• 4 year technical degree required
